A TRIP TO INDIA THROUGH OUR OPEN KITCHEN
At Lonja 18 we love to take our Cooking Classes Mallorca to pamper your family and friends. This week, a great foodie has made us travel to India, one of our favorite destinations.
t was a pleasure to cook together 4 types of different curries with which we surprised all his guests. Curry is a spice that comes from India and was introduced in Europe by the French and the Dutch. Is the Indian name that in the West is given to all the dishes that are accompanied by this spice.
In India it is very curious because, depending on caste or religion, one type of curry is made or another. There are three types of curry: the medium, the spicy and the very spicy, should have with the latter special care. That to say that there was not even a grain of rice, literally!
For the starter, we opened mouth with a shot of curried pumpkin soup that proved to be a hit.
For the cream
2 cups of processed pumpkin
Black pepper to taste
curry and curcuma to taste
